Registration is required to participate in the Glories of Vedic India festival. Participants must provide accurate and complete information while registering.

A registration should not be considered finally confirmed merely because a form has been submitted. Where payment is applicable, confirmation may also depend on successful payment and verification by the organizer.

Duplicate, incomplete, misleading or fraudulent registrations may be rejected or cancelled.

Glories of Vedic India is intended for the participant category and age group communicated on the official festival registration page.

Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward organizers, volunteers, guests, other participants and the venue.

The organizer may refuse entry or discontinue participation where reasonably necessary for safety, misconduct, disruption, violation of event rules, false registration information or other legitimate operational reasons.

The currently announced festival details are 15 August, 3 PM–7 PM, at ISKCON Wave City, Sec 5, Dream Homes.

Event timings, activities, speakers, program sequence, venue arrangements or other operational details may be modified when reasonably necessary due to circumstances, safety requirements or matters beyond the organizer's control.

Important changes, where applicable, may be communicated through available contact details or official festival communication channels.

IYF Wave City reserves the right to reject or cancel a registration where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including duplicate registration, incorrect or fraudulent information, non-payment, misconduct, safety concerns, violation of event requirements, capacity limitations or cancellation or material change of the event.

Any payment-related consequence of a cancellation will be handled in accordance with the Refund & Cancellation Policy displayed on this website and applicable requirements.

The applicable registration fee will be displayed clearly before payment. For the currently announced festival registration, the displayed special registration fee is ₹100.

Online payment, when enabled, will be processed through the payment method or payment gateway provided on the website.

A payment attempt that fails, remains pending or cannot be verified does not automatically establish a successfully paid registration.

Participants are responsible for following reasonable venue instructions, safety requirements and event guidelines.

Participants should take reasonable care of their personal belongings. The organizer is not responsible for personal items that are lost, misplaced or left unattended, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

Information submitted during registration may be used for processing the registration, participant communication, event administration, attendance, payment verification, safety and related festival operations.

By completing and submitting a registration, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions together with the applicable Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
